I provide therapy to the people who hold everything together...until they can't anymore. If you are an overthinking over-achiever, then I'm the therapist for you. My style is casual and approachable. No buttoned-up approach in my office (virtual or in-person). If you're looking for a place to be yourself and tell your story without feeling judged or criticized, you've come to the right place. You won't find a lot of therapy cliches or canned responses in our work together. You'll find another human who can relate to your experience and give you tools to feel better.

I work with high-functioning people who overthink. If you're an overthinking over-achiever, part of the "everyone depends on me" crowd, a high-achiever getting (or staying) sober, or a parent of a neurodivergent kiddo, reach out. If you're not part of those groups but consider yourself an anxious person, we might be a good fit.
