Therapy is a safe space to explore your life and find empathy for yourself. I am passionate about supporting my clients journey to discovering their best selves. Finding your best self can look like healing your past trauma, building your confidence, discovering parts of yourself you never knew, or finding new ways to connect with others. As a member of the LGBTQ+ community, I strive to create an inclusive space for people from all walks of life. My previous work experience at PAAR prepared me to support a wide variety of clients, including those with extensive trauma histories.
While I work with all clients ages 16 and up, and am passionate about helping emerging adults, ages 18-28. I'm experienced in helping clients navigate trauma, identity, sexuality, and life transitions. Together, we can create a plan tailored to your needs.
Clients describe me as a compassionate and thoughtful therapist who listens with no judgment. I lead with empathy and care in every session. I hope to empower and encourage you to explore yourself, and hold a kind and open space that allows you to do so.
