About
I have a strong passion for creating authentic relationships so my clients feel comfortable and confident in their healing journey. I enjoy working with individuals who are going through life transitions, such as graduating college, a time when one may feel "stuck" or "lost". I am also passionate about working with those struggling with body image issues and disordered eating. I use an integrative approach, focusing on the mind and body, utilizing Attachment theory, CBT, and a person-centered approach. I strive to create an individualized treatment plan that meets the needs and goals of the individual.
I believe that therapy is a safe haven where you can foster personal growth, as well as be challenged. It is a great honor to walk alongside you as you navigate different aspects of life. Whether you are seeking healing or growth, I am committed to fostering an honest, supportive, and welcoming environment so you can attain your personal therapeutic goals.
I believe that we hold emotions and past experiences in our bodies, and that a holistic approach to wellness is needed. I believe there is power in exploring how our past experiences shape our current reality. If you think we would be a good fit please reach out to Nashville Collaborative Counseling Center to schedule an intake session!
