Facing hardships is an inevitable part of being human. Worry, sadness, conflict, and loneliness creep in despite our best attempts to keep them at bay. Without help, day-to-day experiences can become overwhelming to manage. I provide a safe and compassionate environment to explore life's deepest challenges. My goal as your therapist is to walk alongside you as you gain greater insight, awareness, and skills to live more authentically. I am an earnest and inquisitive therapist who uses an eclectic mix of treatment modalities to meet your unique needs. Together we will collaborate to design the therapy that feels right to you.
My clinical experience has been primarily with individuals, couples, and families dealing with depression, anxiety, trauma, and substance use disorders, however, I am available to clients of any age and challenge. I am also aware that the cultural systems we exist in hugely shape our stories, thus I aim to validate clients of all cultural identities.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. I pride myself in being a strong mental health and social justice advocate. My passion is in being a witness to change, growth, and authentic living. Contact me today to schedule your first appointment!
