In a compassionate and supportive atmosphere, I utilize holistic, personalized, and evidenced based approachs to treat anxiety disorders, trauma, ADHD, depression, relational issues, and complex medical needs. I work with ages 14 and up, and am LGBTQIA+ affirming.
My work is focused on addressing complex dynamics and understanding how they can impact quality of life. I take this into account with every new client to ensure that we can collaborate to tailor a plan of action individually curated for your needs.
