I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate with a deep respect for and understanding that everyone’s experience is unique to them and can affect their lives in endless ways. I have a mixture of skills that aid me in serving others with these differences in mind. Therefore, I take an eclectic approach to counseling. Depending on the client needs, I mostly utilize cognitive behavioral, emotion-focused, strengths-based, and solution-focused techniques while being grounded in person-centered and holistic care.
I have experience with clients from diverse backgrounds who have sought counseling for anxiety, depression, life transitions and adjustments, divorce, grief, self-esteem, stress, and other varying concerns. My focus throughout my studies gravitated towards anxiety and on the tools I could develop to help clients walk through their experiences with anxiety.
