I am a relationship, sex, and trauma specialist with a passion for helping individuals and partnered adults find deeper joy in the (sometimes maddening) realities of relationships, intimacy, and life. I particularly enjoy working with folks who are navigating blended families, ADHD and other mental health diagnoses, identity concerns, sexual well-being, non-monogamy, the aftermath of trauma, and the journey to and of parenthood.
I operate from an attachment-based perspective, meaning I help my clients understand how their earliest experiences with love and closeness inform their current relationships. My approach is also inspired by an integration of other modalities including self-compassion, psychobiology, psychodynamics, feminist theory, existentialism, and liberation psychology.
My hope is that, through our work together, you will learn to respond to old, recurring pains in a fresh way that makes room for more connected, embodied, and dynamic relationships with self and others.
