My approach is to work with you to create a safe, containing space where we can explore new paths, create growth, and become more integrated. I specialize in working with anxiety, processing trauma, faith deconstruction, relational and identity issues/conflicts. We will explore themes and issues throughout your lifetime to help inform you moving forward.
I approach therapy through an interpersonal psychodynamic and systemic lens; meaning that every person has a broader context that they come from and that it has shaped them into the person that they are today. It is important that we take each part of your story into consideration when exploring current issues and needs.
