Typically my clients have sexual dysfunctions or sexual struggles they are trying to work through. This can be anything ranging from low sexual desire to unwanted pornography use to erectile dysfunction and more. Whether you want to work through this individually or as a couple, I can help! I am also well versed in helping individuals and couples struggling with depression, anxiety, and other mental health struggles.

I see clients from all backgrounds and beliefs, but often clients come from conservative religious backgrounds which can help inform treatment, especially with sexual dysfunction. My personal methodology focuses on your personal needs and on finding achievable steps to help you meet your goals.

I know the hardest part of therapy can be making and attending the first appointment. That is why I reach out to clients to help them along this process. I am collaborative and want to make therapy the best space to help you heal and grow.
