I am a Master's Level Clinician with several years of experience, currently working toward obtaining my Professional Counseling License (LPC). I'm passionate about helping adolescents and adults navigate life’s many challenges, specializing in areas such as depression, anxiety, relationship issues, domestic violence, and major life transitions.

I completed my Bachelor's degree in Psychology at the University of Colorado-Boulder and earned my Master's degree in Clinical Counseling at Alvernia University. I utilize various treatment approaches, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, and person-centered therapy (PCT).
