Hi! I am so glad that you are here. Life can be full of challenges and uncertainty that cause anxiety and depression. You don't have to navigate these challenges alone. I use a collaborative approach to your care, because you are the expert in your own life. We will work together to help make goals that work for you and your life. I strive to maintain a safe place for you to explore who you want to be in your life without judgement. I work with survivors of trauma to help calm symptoms that they might be experiencing.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and have been working in community mental health for 3 years now. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Motivation Interviewing (MI), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Additionally, I have training in working with Eating Disorders and Substance Use.
Whether you are processing through trauma, working through life changes, or even dealing with anxiety or depression; I am glad to be an asset to you on your journey of healing and recovery.
