I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Florida. I have worked in medical social work and as a home health social worker and short-term therapist with older adults and their families to provide support and long-term planning. I also work with young adults deciding their career and life path and to assist with the anxiety and uncertainty this can entail.
In our first session, we will discuss your reason for starting (or returning to) therapy, your goals and prior experiences with therapy, what you feel like helps or doesn't help you, and start creating a plan that aligns with your personal goals.
