I am passionate about helping adults and teens who are feeling stuck, experiencing crisis, or feel burned out. Using a trauma-informed approach, I work with clients to address the areas of pain in their story in order to heal and experience freedom. I provide services for teens, adults, and parents. I work with people facing loss, stress, anxiety, depression, and trauma symptoms.
My approach to therapy is compassionate and collaborative. I work at each person’s pace to create a treatment plan that fits their needs. My work is rooted in building a safe and trusting relationship and utilizes trauma-focused interventions. I incorporate attachment focused and process oriented modalities to deepen our work together.
