I work with individuals, couples and families with a wide range of struggles including anxiety, depression, communication issues, relationship problems, grief, loss and many others. I believe the client is the expert in their own life and I am simply a tool to help facilitate a healing process. I have a drive to help people see through the darkness life can create by fostering a safe environment built on trust, empathy and understanding.
Life can throw all types of challenges at us that can be difficult to see through. When we feel overwhelmed, having a space of our own to talk openly with someone that listens without judgement can help us gain insight into the challenges we are facing and see things in a different way.
Growth and change can be scary and painful, but we do not have to walk the path alone. We often hear the saying “look on the bright side,” but when you can’t see the light I will be here to sit with you in the dark until we find it together.
