I believe the client is the expert in their own life and I am simply a tool to help facilitate a healing process. I have a drive to help people see through the darkness life can create by fostering a safe environment built on trust, empathy and understanding.
Life can throw all types of challenges at us that can be difficult to see through. When we feel overwhelmed, having a space of our own to talk openly with someone that listens without judgement can help us gain insight into the challenges we are facing and see things in a different way.
