I commend everyone who is open to the process of therapy, if it's the first time or you're just getting back into therapy. In the clinicial environment, I’ve worked with clients presenting with mental health concerns and co-occurring mental health & substance use disorders. I work with clients that are 13 years or older. I am a Licensed Social Worker and Certified Advanced Alcohol & Drug Counselor.
Therapy is an intimidating word and the first session can be repetitive or overwhelming. I hope to create an environment where you feel safe, supported, and empowered. I'm always open to feedback and prioritize meeting your needs. I hope you decide to give me a chance as you "shop" for the right therapist!
