Do you or your child feel overwhelmed by anxiety, struggle with ADHD, or feel like traditional approaches haven’t quite fit? Therapy doesn’t have to happen only in an office. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 16 years of behavioral health experience, I offer both traditional counseling and animal-assisted therapy, creating opportunities for healing, growth, and connection in a supportive farm environment.
I work with teens, young adults, adults, and families navigating anxiety, ADHD, neurodiversity, emotional regulation challenges, life transitions, relationship concerns, and self-esteem issues. Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, misunderstood, or simply looking for additional support, therapy can provide a space to better understand yourself
A unique aspect of my practice is animal-assisted therapy. The connection between people and animals can foster trust, emotional regulation, confidence, and self-awareness in ways that traditional talk therapy sometimes cannot. Depending on treatment goals and client preferences, sessions may include animals or be on a computer online.
