I specialize in relationship issues, working with couples & individuals to improve communication tools. I enjoy supporting clients to learn about boundaries, investigate unhealthy patterns, and seek curiosity around what changes they might want to make within their life. In sessions, clients will learn how to recognize and shift negative interaction patterns, build empathy and understanding, and create friendship with their partner.

I am both client-centered and strengths-based in session. My no-bullshit approach means we tackle issues head-on, while my warm and conversational style creates a safe space for you to express yourself fully. I am Gottman trained, which means I will teach you specific skills to change your relationship.
