Maybe you’re recovering from childhood trauma, or a traumatic life event that’s turned your world upside down. Maybe you’ve experienced an expanded state of consciousness that’s broken you wide open. When our world shatters, it may cause us to question everything: Who am I? What is my purpose? What matters most? This period of struggle and seeking has transformative potential. Entering into this void and facing your trauma can feel scary, but you don’t have to do it alone. I’m here to walk with you on your journey. My greatest desire is to empower you as you discover your authentic self, inner strength, inherent worth, and purpose.

Trauma is hard to heal through talk-therapy alone. I offer a Somatic-Spiritual approach that integrates mind-body practices, talk-therapy, and your unique expression of spirituality. Somatic Therapies are body-centered, which makes them highly effective for healing trauma and the nervous system. I use evidence-based trauma therapies including IFS & EMDR.

Somatic Group Trauma Therapy

Join us in Mountlake Terrace on Tuesdays, 5-6:30pm in Fall 2026. This 12-week group focuses on mind-body practices for trauma and inner child healing. This group includes experiential learning, guided practices (e.g. meditation), group processing, and personal reflection. This group is for you if: You’re new to therapy or want more tools to complement your 1:1 therapy work; You feel disconnected from your body or overwhelmed; You struggle with inner criticism and desire self-love and acceptance; You want to experience the power of healing in community.
