I'm Hannah and I help children and teens (ages 5-18) and their parents/caregivers feel more connected through the therapeutic powers of play therapy. Regardless of the different events that bring clients into therapy, each family I work with has a major overarching goal of feeling more attuned to each other's needs and being able to feel more confident in communicating their needs/emotions among their family household. I help my clients by providing children, teens, and adults with the strategies that allow them to gain more clarity and confidence over their emotions through their healing process.
I wholeheartedly believe that not all approaches or tools will be helpful for every person. My practice takes an integrative approach to allow for me to tailor my therapy sessions to each individual client's needs. Additionally, I am able to provide you with tools that you feel align well with your core values and different styles of parenting.
