My passion is supporting those with neurodiverse traits. Whether you have a diagnosis of Autism/ADHD/etc. or just feel a little “out of step” with the world around you, I’m here to help. In working with me, you won’t find a stiff or reserved environment. I approach therapy with a sense of authenticity, humor, and the knowledge that none of us can navigate this wild world alone. I enjoy getting creative in providing a unique, personal experience for each one of my clients.

In order to help my clients achieve their goals, I teach concrete coping skills, examine relationship dynamics and attachment styles, process trauma, and take a client driven, discovery based approach. I love guiding my clients through the process of assessing and establishing their values so they can live a values based life.

Overall, I know what it’s like to struggle with figuring out who you are and where you fit into the world while juggling all of the demands of life. Let’s join forces and work toward you finding yourself and leading the life you desire.
