From a secular approach, I enjoy helping my clients develop new skills and encouraging them to step out of their comfort zone, all while maintaining a safe space. I enjoy working with clients on sexual issues, such as desire discrepancy, low libido, and ED. While my approach is primarily rooted in CBT and sex therapy, I also utilize mindfulness based, solution-focused based, and strength-based approaches in session; in addition, I offer assertiveness training, social skills training, and coping skills development.
I want to help you embrace your sexuality and improve relationships. I understand that sex can be a difficult topic to discuss with anyone, but I'd love to help you break down those taboo walls!
