Seeking safety is a curriculum based group focused on building skills to cope with trauma, addiction, and the overlap between the two. This group focuses on building new skills to replace ways of coping that are no longer working. This is a closed group of 3-8 adults that will meet for 12 weeks beginning June 1st.
