You and your story are significant! II am honored to walk alongside people as they seek health and balance through counseling. I work with clients to begin to understand their intrinsic value, while working to develop healthier relationships, coping skills, healing from the past, and to dream about the future. Most often I work with young adults dealing with anxiety, OCD, relationship issues, post break- up recovery, family of origin issues, identity struggles, and indecision. I also work with couples to seek a healthier and more fulfilling relationship, through pre-engagement, premarital, and marriage counseling.
I believe that as we are known, we can feel free to heal and grow. I really seek to understand my Client's story, their history, and what they hope to get out of therapy. I use EMDR for clients who are interested in a more specific approach. For couples want a research based pre-marital program, I offer Prepare and Enrich.
