I love helping individuals navigate relational dynamics, process difficult emotions, foster growth in communication, strengthen boundary setting skills, and grow in self-awareness across various spheres of life (romantic partners, family members, friends, or coworkers). I also enjoy helping people grow in self compassion and validation so they can access kindness and patience toward themselves on the healing journey. My experience is primarily with young adults.
During sessions, I integrate narrative therapy and solution-focused therapy, blending the two to explore your unique narrative, the events that have shaped you, and how these experiences influence your current reality. I also help clients process long-held beliefs from family systems or faith-based spaces that may feel threatening to examine.
