As a Licensed Professional Counselor trained in CBT, DBT, and EMDR, I provide practical tools and trauma-informed support to help you understand your patterns, manage emotions, and heal from the past. I have a special interest in helping teen girls and adult women through major transitions like starting & preparing for college or adjusting to adulthood.
