My clients are dedicated athletes struggling with eating disorders, RED-S, or OCD, facing the dual challenges of their mental health and a desire to perform at their peak. They are often overwhelmed by the demands of their sport, which can blur the lines between passion and harmful habits. Their primary goal is to reclaim their lives and their love for their sport. My clients seek not only recovery, but transformation through the opportunity to realign their beliefs and values towards a healthier, more balanced life. They crave empowerment, resilience, and the ability to thrive both in their athletic pursuits and personal lives.
I am a licensed counselor, a life-long athlete and a recovered person. I provide a candid, authentic, and engaging therapeutic environment that fosters deep self-reflection and growth, helping my clients reconnect with their capabilities and aspirations. I am listed on the US Olympic and Paralympic Registry, and work with athletes of all levels.
