I love working with teens and adults who are tired of feeling trapped by their eating disorder, hate what they see when they look in the mirror, or are exhausted by their OCD. I aim to empower my clients to channel their inner resiliency and heal from within.
I am a therapist at Recovered and Restored Therapy Center. I help teens and adult find freedom and make peace with food and their body. It is my life's passion. I do my best work with those suffering from anorexia, bulimia, binge eating disorder, and disordered eating. I also enjoy working with those who struggle with anxiety and OCD.
