I specialize in trauma-healing, ketamine-assisted therapy, and psychedelic integration. My clinical work and training has been focused on assisting those with emotional, behavioral, and social concerns, many of which stem from a history of adverse experiences, reach a place where their actions and lives are led by their most authentic self. I also love working with those who aren't necessarily looking to heal from any currently presenting diagnosable disorders, but want to explore their inner worlds simply to move towards more self-understanding and wholeness because they value personal or spiritual growth.
Internal Family Systems (Level One IFS therapist), Transpersonal and Jungian approaches, EMDR, ketamine assisted therapy, dance therapy/ somatic healing modalities are some of the tools I use in therapy sessions. I am available for professional supervision and consultation. I offer individual and group psychedelic integration, as well as intensive retreats.
My goal is to empower clients to love and utilize creatively ALL aspects of who they are. I prioritize creating a safe and validating, yet challenging, and enthusiastic relationship with my clients. I believe that all people have an innate capacity to heal themselves that arises when the conditions for it to do so are co-created in therapy.
