Raising a child is an incredible experience for a lot of parents. However, each parent experiences a unique journey while raising their child. Sometimes bringing on a therapist as a teammate can be helpful for families who are struggling to navigate the journey alone. For families with neurodivergent children, building that team can be even more important. Let me be that teammate to help your child improve their ability to regulate their emotions, build stronger peer connections, or navigate anxiety and depression that may develop as a result of differences in how autistic children process the world.
In addition to supporting neurodivergent children and their families, I am also passionate about supporting adolescents and young adults as they move toward increasing independence and developing their own identity outside of their parents.
