I am a PCLC with more than 10 years of experience working in mental health. I provide you with a space that feels safe and open, taking the time we need to ensure that you feel we vibe well. I utilize traditional talk therapy alongside other techniques like CBT, DBT, somatic therapy, and I am EMDRIA trained in EMDR. My specialties include trauma, depression, anxiety, and personality disorders. I focus on challenging patterns in life, relationships, employment, and overall behavior, process challenging and traumatic experiences, and create accessible tools you can use both inside and outside sessions.

I work with teens and adults who feel emotionally worn down, stuck in patterns that aren’t working, or unsure how to move forward. In therapy, we work together at a thoughtful pace, focusing on understanding what’s happening beneath the surface while building resilience and practical skills that support real change.

Life’s changes can sometimes bring up uncertainty, stress, or emotional overwhelm. I work to create a warm, affirming space where you can show up as your authentic self and feel supported as we explore experiences like anxiety, depression, trauma, identity-related stress, and ongoing life transitions.
