I’m a pre-licensed therapist serving clients across Florida, and I take a trauma-informed, client-centered approach to every session.
I'm trained in both Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and I incorporate these modalities based on each client’s unique needs and preferences.
