As a Licensed Professional Counselor and Board-Certified Art Therapist, I have experience working with adolescents and adults in both community and medical settings. I currently work with clients aged 16-65 and utilize a range of treatment modalities based on client need. I commonly utilize art therapy, CBT, interpersonal psychotherapy, and humanistic.
I have experience in the following areas: PTSD/trauma work, grief and loss, life and career transitions, substance abuse, ODD behaviors, depression, anxiety, and LGBTQIA+ affirmative care.
