I am a Licensed Associate Professional Counselor with a B.S. in psychology from the University of Pittsburgh and an M.A. in counseling from Waynesburg University. I work with adolescents, young adults, and adults navigating major life changes, difficult transitions, or periods of feeling overwhelmed. Clients may be adjusting to college or adulthood, relationships, divorce, career changes, family changes, chronic illness, or grief and loss. I also support those experiencing ADHD, anxiety, depression, trauma, or struggles with self-doubt and confidence.
I provide person-centered, including collaborative counseling tailored to each client’s needs and goals. I encourage clients to be active participants in their treatment and incorporate CBT and DBT strategies to help build practical coping skills, manage emotions, navigate change, and develop a more compassionate understanding of themselves.
