Spring 2026: accepting new Washington and Kentucky clients with immediate availability. Are you struggling in relationships? Do you often feel unworthy, unloved, or not good enough? Have you felt this way for most of your life? I see you. I hear you. And, I believe you can overcome these feelings and move toward a more positive, meaningful, and connected existence. I would love to help! I'm Hannah, and I work with adults and couples struggling with connection to self and others, meaning, and the impact of trauma in our lives and our relationships. I look forward to meeting you and finding solutions to bring you back to balance.

My style focuses on the client-clinician relationship, empathetic listening, & exploration of meaning. I often use EMDR as a modality, and would be happy to discuss how EMDR can help even the most stubborn symptoms. My approach is trauma-informed, incorporates humor & swearing, and has a healthy balance of education, skill building, and listening.

It is important that you, as the client, feel comfortable with your provider. As such, I offer phone or email consultations to ensure a proper fit. I am currently only offering telehealth services. Please reach out with any questions.
