Life can present challenges that sometimes feel too difficult to manage alone. If you’re feeling stuck or overwhelmed, I’m here to walk alongside you and help you reconnect with your strengths and capacity for change. I use an integrative approach that combines top-down strategies (cognitive and behavioral) with bottom-up, body-based methods to support meaningful, lasting change. My practice focuses on creating a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where you can explore challenges and move toward the life you want to live.
My focus is treating individuals with chronic pain/illness, anxiety, OCD, and trauma. I am trained in EMDR, Pain Reprocessing Therapy, DBT, ACT and have specialty training in Ketamine-Assisted Therapy. As a trauma informed therapist, I provide a supportive environment to help you find new ways to thrive.
