About
Do you find yourself repeating the same patterns and behaviors despite how hard you try to change? Do you feel like the way you are living is holding you back from your happiest, most joyful life? Perhaps you worry that you don't deserve it, or you don't have what it takes to make lasting change. But deep down, you just want to feel better, stop struggling, and start living. You can imagine your life not being ruled by relationship issues, low self-worth, addiction, trauma, or self-destructive patterns. A life where you can reach your full potential and learn to love yourself in the process - this is available to you and I can help.
I implement modalities that combine traditional and alternative approaches in order to help you maintain long lasting changes. I specialize in working with individuals and couples using evidence-based modalities such as attachment theory, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP).
I am passionate about helping individuals and couples thrive in the face of challenges. I love watching them move past what holds them back and into lives and relationships that they truly love.
