I approach therapy from a trauma informed lens to meet you where you are. I will help you set achievable goals tailored to your individual values. I specialize in neurodivergence and individuals/families impacted by the criminal justice system. I have experience with clients of all ages. I am trained in TF-CBT, ACT, DBT, and somatic practices.

My non-judgmental and down-to-earth nature make building a safe, therapeutic relationship easy. Holding that safe space is the key to helping find solutions that meet my client’s goals.
