Hi, I’m Hannah. I’m a queer mixed race therapist and believe in the healing power of relationships where we feel truly seen. I am passionate about supporting folks in connecting more deeply with themselves in order to move through life from a place of groundedness and authenticity. I offer a space where you can show up as yourself – 100% - without fear of shame or judgment. All parts of you are welcome, even (and often especially) the emotions, thoughts, and impulses that you avoid the most. Together, we can turn towards these experiences, extending care and understanding, and attend to the underlying needs.
I bring parts work, mindfulness, and somatic awareness to our work together, and collaborate with you to cultivate space that is tailored to your needs and pace. Together, we invite curiosity and encounter your emotions, behaviors, and patterns with a bit more compassion, creating space to access the confidence and clarity you need to navigate your life.
My practice is anti-oppressive, non-pathologizing, and LGBTQIA+ celebratory. I have my own intersecting experiences of privilege and oppression, and I am committed to cultivating a space where folks can feel safe bringing their unique identities. As a biracial person (Chinese & white), I have a special interest in holding space for folks who are multiracial.
