Welcome! I have worked in community mental health spaces for over eight years, primarily meeting with folks responding to trauma, abuse, life stress, anxiety, and depression. My therapeutic approach is grounded in the ethics of Narrative Therapy. I take a non-pathologizing and decentered stance that views people as separate from problems and understands that they are responding to dominant narratives and oppression that impact their lives and relationships. I have particular experience and interest in working with survivors of abuse and the LGBT community.
