About
Melinda Gates said, "Empowering women changes the world," and I couldn't agree with her more. Though I enjoy working with various populations, my passion is supporting the unique journeys of young adult women, female-identifying and/or female-bodied individuals. Women's issues are oftentimes overlooked, misinterpreted, and minimized. This is why I focus my work on empowering women to better understand their experiences, unabashedly identify their needs, and to more authentically express themselves.
My therapeutic style varies depending on each client's individual needs. My work encourages self-empowerment, overall wellness, and general life satisfaction.
I so deeply believe in the power psychotherapy has to transform lives, and I hope to have the opportunity to support you on your journey.
