My therapeutic style varies depending on each client's individual needs, but generally I work through a holistic lense. What does your body, mind, and space need to thrive? My approach encourages self-empowerment, insight and acceptance, overall wellness, symptom reduction, and general life satisfaction by offering a direct, yet warmhearted, perspective.
