Using Internal Family Systems and Brainspotting, I help you understand and heal these parts. My approach is holistic, experiential, and grounded in a supportive therapeutic relationship.

This is a free monthly support group for those living with or impacted by Scleroderma. Our group provides education, resources, and support to members and their loved ones. Whether you are newly diagnosed or have been navigating this disease for a long time, you can find comfort and encouragement in your fight knowing you are not alone. Our meeting is hybrid, so you can attend in person (Jacksonville, FL) or virtually. We have guest speakers, educational videos, group experiences, and open discussions. In each series we will dive deeper into self-help topics through reading, reflection, journaling prompts, experiential exercises, and guided discussions.
