I believe everyone can benefit from seeing a therapist at any given point in their life. Whether you have anxiety, depression, are facing life transitions, or any obstacle that life may throw your way, I want to walk with you to overcome it. It can be scary to open up to anyone about your struggles! I understand this and truly feel honored to provide a space where you can feel safe to share your struggles and be open to growth and healing. I do not judge nor give advice, but do challenge ways of thinking to encourage growth.
I aim to create a safe and non-judgmental environment to support all my clients. Coping skills are important to identify and develop to reduce symptoms. Goals are important to set as a means to identify what you may be wanting to accomplish or work towards through our sessions. Essentially, I want to be able to make the space what YOU need it to be.
