I meet clients where they are at in their journey and tailor to their individual needs in a collaborative way. The way we conceptualize ourselves, relationships, and the world around us greatly impacts our feelings and day to day functioning. Discovering where these thoughts come from and what relationships throughout our development have led to how we think about ourselves and others, can be an important first step to healing. Learning these skills in a safe relationship has shown positive efficacy in our ability to change.

I have experience in schools, clinics, and hospitals. My studies include counseling and psychology with concentrations in child development, trauma and addiction. I use cognitive behavioral methods, motivational interviewing, and mindfulness based techniques. I specialize in working with adolescents, adults with cancer diagnoses, and all ages with trauma.

Counseling entails learning new skills, but most importantly, building a relationship with a safe and empathic person. With family and personal history, I have a passion for counseling and the ability to genuinely help support the transformation of your life. I offer individual counseling for children, teens, and adults. I look forward to hearing from you!
