I believe wholeheartedly that the best therapeutic work is done in the context of a free and creative space, where each client gets to show up authentically as themselves.
My goal for my clients is that they leave each week feeling more secure in who they are and confident to take on the challenges of life. I believe that every human is hardwired with intrinsic courage, compassion, and resilience and that therapy is a tool to help access what is already within.
