I also do marriage counseling, trauma ,depression, anxiety, and grief and loss. My goal is to work with you through your problems so you can be successful. I believe mental health is very important in all ages. I have over twenty years in the counseling field working with various ages, and I truly believe mental health is key in all parts of life. My desire is for the stigma that gets attached to mental health goes away, and people seek out help no matter how big or small their issue is.
