I have several years of experience in the behavioral health and therapy field in both Philadelphia and the United Kingdom. Have you had trouble concentrating on tasks, feeling nervous, restless of tense? Mindful Healing Counseling offers an ongoing guided support group for adults who are struggling with anxiety. Each week we will cover a topic to help individuals gain a better understanding of their anxiety and learn new coping skills that will work for them! Groups are a great way for individuals to gain confidence, community and learn that they are not alone! This group will be led by Caroline CPC- intern.
