I support clients who aim to live a meaningful life by weaving together psychotherapy, mindfulness, and spirituality. Various modalities are applied to explore the clients desires, including somatic (body-centered) psychotherapy (hakomi), parts work (IFS), trauma informed somatics, and relational somatic healing.
My speciality is in the hakomi somatic psychotherapy method. I support clients explore healthy relationships, and discover the root cause of their emotional pain. These emotional pains can extend from intergenerational trauma, childhood experiences, or various societal structures. Together we explore unique approaches for sustainable health.
We work together to cultivate a balanced inner world of emotions, as well as navigating relationships. Compassionately exploring patterns, and consciously shifting our behavior to experience sustaining relationships which meet our needs can lead to a more fulfilling life.
