My website
Clients who will benefit from working with me are those who are interested in the mind-body connection. Both my training and personal practices support clients to become mindfully aware of their behavioral patterns which directly impact their relationships. Discovering one's underlying desires for connection as inherently human validates the experience for connection. My work focuses on attachment styles, and their somatic imprint. Various modalities are applied to explore the clients desires, including somatic (body-centered) psychotherapy (hakomi), parts work, trauma informed somatics, and relational somatic healing.
I support clients explore healthy relationships, and discover the root cause of their emotional pain. These emotional pains can extend from intergenerational trauma, childhood experiences, or various societal structures. Together we explore unique approaches for sustainable health.
We work together to cultivate a balanced inner world of emotions, as well as navigating relationships. Compassionately exploring patterns, and consciously shifting our behavior to experience sustaining relationships which meet our needs can lead to a more fulfilling life.
