I work with people of all ages—providing diagnostic and psychological evaluations for children as young as 2, as well as adolescents, and adults; and individual therapy for adolescents. I also provide Dialectical Behavior Therapy and am the clinical director of Dakota Family Services' DBT Program for Adolescents. I am a firm believer in using treatments that are well-supported by research and that match the client's goals.
When I find and understand the "why" or the function of the behavior or difficulty a client is experiencing, I can work with them to find new, more productive, skills or behaviors. I work collaboratively with people to set goals so they get the most out of our time together.
We are a team of compassionate, practiced experts providing outpatient behavioral health care for children, adolescents, and adults in a collaborative, multi-disciplinary setting. Comprehensive psychological and psychiatric services include assessment, evaluation, individual therapy, medication management, and psychological testing.
