I have a strong background in working with adults, adolescents, and children who are navigating anxiety, depression, relationship issues, mood disorders, self-esteem issues, and grief. I treat individuals through various approaches with the knowledge that mental health treatment is rarely "one-size-fits-all".
Mental health is very important to maintain and prioritize. I am here to aid in individuals' growth and healing process with openness, empathy, and understanding.
