About
As a Clinical Mental Health Counselor Candidate, I specialize in working with individuals of all ages experiencing various mental health challenges. I strive to provide clients with a welcoming, and comfortable space to heal and grow. I value making counseling collaborative and meeting the client where they are in their process in order to have the most effective and beneficial counseling experience.
I have a strong background in working with adults, adolescents, and children who are navigating anxiety, depression, relationship issues, mood disorders, self-esteem issues, and grief. I treat individuals through various approaches with the knowledge that mental health treatment is rarely "one-size-fits-all".
Mental health is very important to maintain and prioritize. I am here to aid in individuals' growth and healing process with openness, empathy, and understanding. I work diligently to build a strong, trusting and effective relationship with all of my clients and am honored to be given the opportunity to tag along for the journey.
